​Hi, I'm Paige and welcome to Red Rock Counselling.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.) and a qualified integrative counsellor. I am based at Coastal Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Dawlish, South Devon. I offer one to one in person sessions for anyone over 18 exploring all kinds of problems. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression or have experienced a recent bereavement, we can work together to help you through your difficulties.
​​I am a friendly and bubbly person who loves to sit and listen! I welcome anyone and everyone into the counselling room and will work collaboratively with you so you can get the most from our sessions. I offer a private space at Coastal that is warm, safe and confidential so you can freely explore anything you may need to. The counselling space
My counselling space at Coastal Chiropractic and Wellness Centre is warm, cosy and safe. I hope to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients and I am a strong believer that comfort helps! I welcome all my clients to get comfortable and move around if they need too!

I have a stash of creative supplies in case we feel inspired to draw, colour or even collage!
Qualifications and training
Accredited Registrant Membership with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
Bachelors of Science (Hons) in Social and Therapeutic Interventions awarded by The University of Plymouth.
Foundation Degree in Psychology and Counselling Skills awarded by The University Centre South Devon.

NCFE CACHE Counselling Skills Diploma Level 3 awarded by South Devon College.
​
NCFE CACHE Counselling Skills Certificate Level 2 awarded by South Devon College.
​
I undergo regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training to ensure my knowledge remains up to date.
